Coach Lamar
Coach Lamar, Founder and President of Elevate Elite, is a Certified Change Manager with over 20 years of experience mentoring, coaching, and developing athletes on and off the court. Known for his ability to connect, inspire, and elevate those around him, he has dedicated his career to building not just better players, but stronger, more confident individuals.
Elevate Elite was born from a deeply personal calling. Once labeled an “underprivileged kid,” Coach Lamar experienced firsthand how mentorship and opportunity can transform a life. After college at the University of Florida, a community-based program opened the door for him and college students alike, to serve the youth through sports and life lessons. This ignited a passion that would ultimately shape the foundation of Elevate Elite.

Mr. Anthony McGilveary
Anthony, a former athlete who has years of experience serving disadvantaged youth through therapeutic mentoring. He has since transitioned his skills into a leadership role in the healthcare recruiting industry.
Coach Sarah A.
Coach Sarah, Treasurer was once an aspiring youth schoolteacher is now a prospering nurse saving lives in the hospital, on the court and in the community.
Mr. Marcus L.
Marcus, Amanuensis is currently a designer with a thorough eye and attention to detail. He serves as a scriber and ensures our program runs efficiently and effectively during events and board meetings.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to use athletics as an avenue to assist young adults with identifying strategic methods and routes to higher education in a world of two-way roads.
Our Vision
Elevate Elite’s Vision is to motivate and expose the youth of the local and surrounding communities to a multitude of development skills and positive growth opportunities to assist with self-elevation on and off the court. Our expectation is to meet our youth where they are and equip them with the tools necessary to Elevate. Our Goal is to motivate and provide positive experiences in the lives of all our participants.
